Why Vefa exists.

Vefa. In Turkish, it means loyalty. Devotion. Keeping your promise to someone.

We chose this name deliberately — because that's exactly what this is about. A promise to the people who raised us, who were there for us, who now live their days a little more quietly, a little more alone.

Most of us carry a quiet worry. A parent who lives far away. A grandparent who says “I'm fine” every time you call, even when they're not. A loved one who would never ask for help, no matter how much they needed it.

Vefa was built for that worry.

Not to replace the calls you make, or the visits you plan. But to be there in between — every week, every day if needed — having a warm conversation, listening carefully, noticing the small changes that matter.

Because the truth is, a lot can happen between Sunday phone calls.

Vefa notices when someone seems more tired than usual. When their appetite has changed. When they mention a fall, or a pain, or a sleepless night. And when something needs your attention, Vefa tells you — calmly, clearly, before it becomes an emergency.

We believe loyalty isn't just a feeling. It's showing up. Consistently. Even when life makes it hard.

That's what Vefa does. Every single day.

What we believe.
